For cross-state journeys stretching across late-night schedules, a standard night allowance framework is levied automatically for timelines active between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. This is designated entirely to cover pilot wellness parameters.
3. Booking Amendments & Fluid Cancellation Window
Cancellations made within a standard window of 24 hours prior to the verified dispatch time incur zero penalty liabilities. Immediate localized requests canceled post driver vehicle deployment may attract nominal mobilization cost fees.
4. Passenger Safety & Absolute Legal Compliance
Safe Mate Cabs enforces a zero-tolerance baseline regarding transit misconduct. Passengers are strictly required to adhere to federal seatbelt and payload limitations. Transport of illegal substances is strictly banned and triggers an immediate drop termination alongside an instant routing to the National Emergency Police Desk.
